- 1 x Syringe Sealant 1.2 ml
- 10 x Sealant Syringe Tips (black)
Preparation:
- Ensure the tooth surface is clean, dry, and free of debris. Use appropriate dental instruments for cleaning if needed.
Dispensing:
- Attach the provided syringe tip to the Clinpro™ Sealant syringe.
Application:
- Gently dispense a small amount of sealant onto the tooth surface, starting at the pits and fissures and working towards the cusp tips.
Spread and Coat:
- Using an applicator or suitable instrument, evenly spread the sealant over the tooth, ensuring all fissures are fully covered.
Color Change Observation:
- The sealant will initially appear pink; continue applying until a uniform pink layer is achieved.
Curing:
- Activate curing with a suitable light source according to standard dental protocols. The sealant will turn to a natural white color.
Fluoride Release:
- The sealant will gradually release fluoride for added protection. Advise patients to maintain good oral hygiene.
Examination:
- Conduct a thorough visual and tactile check to ensure proper placement and adhesion.
Post-Application Care:
- Instruct the patient to avoid chewing hard or sticky foods for the first few hours after application.
