Preparation:
- Ensure the tooth surface and the restoration are clean and free from contaminants. Verify the restoration fits accurately before cementation.
Dispensing:
- Clicker™ Dispenser: Attach the appropriate mixing tip, dispense equal amounts of base and catalyst pastes onto a mixing pad, and mix thoroughly with a spatula until a uniform color is achieved.
- Automix Syringe: Attach the mixing tip, gently extrude a small amount of cement until both pastes emerge simultaneously, and ensure the mixing tip is properly attached.
Application:
- Apply the mixed cement to the interior surface of the restoration, avoiding air bubbles. Seat the restoration onto the prepared tooth with gentle pressure for a proper fit. Remove excess cement from the margins and surfaces using suitable instruments.
Light Curing (Optional):
- RelyX™ U200 can be light-cured to speed up the setting process. Use a curing light according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring proper light coverage for thorough curing.
Post-Operative Instructions:
- Advise the patient to avoid biting on hard substances for the recommended period. Provide appropriate oral care instructions.
