Removing Bottom Aligners: Position the hook at the edge of the aligner near your back molars. Gently push the hook upwards to lift the aligner off your teeth. Removing Top Aligners: Position the hook at the edge of the aligner near your back molars. Gently pull the hook downwards to detach the aligner from your teeth. Final Steps: Once the aligner is loosened from the back, gradually work your way towards the front to fully remove it. Repeat the process for the other aligner if necessary.
