Features:

  • Self-Adhesive Technology: Eliminates the need for separate etching and bonding, simplifying the restoration process. Its self-etching properties and chemical adhesion ensure a strong bond with tooth structures.
  • Sustained Fluoride Release: Continuously releases fluoride to support antimicrobial protection and prevent cavities, promoting long-term oral health.
  • No Etching or Bonding Steps Required: Streamlines application by removing the need for separate etching and bonding, reducing complexity and saving time.
  • Highly Thixotropic: Maintains its shape without slumping or spreading, ensuring controlled application.
  • Antimicrobial & Anticaries Protection: Fluoride release helps prevent caries and enhances antimicrobial defense.
  • Smooth, Esthetic Finish: Provides a polished surface that seamlessly integrates with natural teeth for an aesthetically pleasing result.
  • Comparable to Traditional GIC: Offers durability and wear resistance similar to conventional glass ionomer cement materials.
  • Optimized Viscosity: Facilitates easy placement by flowing into small crevices and irregularities for complete coverage.
  • Self-Etching Properties: Enhances adhesion without requiring a separate etching step, streamlining the procedure.
  • High Radiopacity: Clearly visible on X-rays for easy post-treatment evaluation and secondary caries detection.
  • Low Shrinkage: Minimizes marginal leakage and stress on tooth structures, increasing restoration longevity.

Indications:

  • Lining under various filling materials
  • Extended fissure sealing
  • Core build-ups
  • Restoration of small cavities
  • Minimal Class I, II, and III restorations
  • Class V restorations
  • Root surface restorations
  • Semi-permanent fillings

  • 1 x 2gm Syringe
  • 8 x Tips
  • Preparation: Ensure the treatment area is clean and dry. Isolate the tooth to be treated to prevent contamination from saliva or blood.
  • Application: Dispense the required amount of Kids-e-Restore directly from the syringe onto the prepared tooth surface.Use a dental instrument to manipulate the material, ensuring it flows into all crevices and irregularities. The material’s flowable and thixotropic properties should make this step straightforward.
  • Placement: Gently shape and contour the material as needed to fit the tooth anatomy. Make sure the material is evenly distributed and covers the entire prepared area without any air bubbles or voids.
  • Light Curing: Use a dental curing light to harden the material. Curing time, typically around 20-40 seconds, depending on the thickness of the material.Ensure that the curing light covers all areas of the restoration to achieve a complete set.
  • Finishing and Polishing: Once the material is fully cured, use finishing burs and polishing tools to refine the shape and smooth the surface of the restoration. Ensure the restored area blends seamlessly with the natural tooth structure for an esthetic finish.
  • Final Checks: Check the occlusion to make sure the restored tooth does not interfere with the patient’s bite. Adjust if necessary to ensure patient comfort and functionality.
  • Post-Procedure Care: Provide the patient with post-treatment instructions, including any necessary dietary restrictions or care tips to ensure the longevity of the restoration. Schedule a follow-up appointment to monitor the success of the restoration and address any potential issues.
