PD Granulotec is a eugenol-free, bactericidal, non-resorbable, and radiopaque material designed for the permanent obturation of root canals after pulpectomy or root canal treatment, particularly in cases of infection or granuloma. It promotes infection healing, granuloma resorption, and periapical tissue regeneration. It can also be used for permanent obturation of non-infected (vital) teeth.
