100% cotton cord is knitted into interlocking chains to facilitate easy packing into the sulcus, minimizing unraveling and fraying. During crown preparation, the knitted cord avoids entanglement with diamond burs and can be soaked in your preferred hemostatic solution. It has no contraindications for use with impression materials or epinephrine. The knitted loops effectively absorb and transport larger quantities of hemostatic solution or gel, enhancing hemostasis, and the cord has no memory.
