The Reverse Pull Adjustable Facemask is a treatment option for correcting a class III malocclusion. It is made of stainless steel, plastic and foam pads and is supposed to be placed on the face of a patient. The device comes pre-assembled in a universal size that can be adjusted to fit patients of all size. Fully adjustable forehead and chin rests allow for adaptation to most patient’s anatomical structure. The angle of traction is then determined by adjusting the elastics engagement bar to deliver horizontal, upward or downward forces as necessary. The Reverse Pull Adjustable Facemask has been designed for patient comfort while sleeping or speaking with a total weight of 1.86 Oz.
