Prepare:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the tool and your aligners.

Removing Bottom Aligners:
- Position the hook at the edge of the aligner near your back molars.
- Gently push the hook upwards to lift the aligner off your teeth.
Removing Top Aligners:
- Position the hook at the edge of the aligner near your back molars.
- Gently pull the hook downwards to detach the aligner from your teeth.
Final Steps:
- Once the aligner is loosened from the back, gradually work your way towards the front to fully remove it.
- Repeat the process for the other aligner if necessary.
